With an expression that is so lifelike, it feels he may bark at any moment, there are a number of artisanal aspects to the canine sculpture. This includes the obvious strokes of the artist's tools that play along the surface of the dog's body. Brownlee Currey had some fun describing this breed, saying, ''Broad, strong and steadfast, Leo would rather be at home with family than appear as the mascot of your sporting event.
