They are attached to the wrought frame with such fine wire, they seem to float within it. The circlets and frame are finished in a satin black, the darkness creates a contrast to the recycled glass and adds depth the design. Adjustable from 39.25'' to 130.75'' with use of included chain/rod kit/cable.
